IMPORTANT NOTICE: Modification of the conditions of the Fixed Contract
As a result of the need to change the positioning of the offer and with the need to allow WINDTRE to continue to provide service levels in line with the growing needs of the market, as of January 1, 2024 the cost of the Office Maxi offer will be increased by €10 (excluding VAT) per month and the cost of the Office Plus offer will be increased by €3 (excluding VAT) per month.
Customers affected by this change will receive a specific notice in their WINDTRE Phone Account, issued in October 2023.
Modification of the General Terms and Conditions
As provided for in Article 98-septies decies, paragraph 5 of Legislative Decree 207/2021 (formerly Article 70, paragraph 4 of Legislative Decree 259/03), if you do not accept these changes, you may exercise your right to withdraw from WINDTRE services or switch to another operator without penalty or disconnection costs by January 1, 2024, by sending a notice having as the reason for withdrawal "Change of contractual conditions" through one of the following channels: Registered letter A/R to the following address: Wind Tre S.p.A. In the case of switching to another operator with number retention, in addition to sending the notice of termination, it is necessary to make the request to switch directly to the other operator by the same deadline of January 1, 2024.
In case of termination, if the line affected by the change was associated with a contract for the installment purchase of a product in force (e.g. Modem, Telefon0, etc.), in the above-mentioned communication and before withdrawing from the contract or switching to another operator, you will be able to decide whether to pay the remaining installments also in a lump sum or to keep the installment payment active with installment payment until the natural expiration date, indicating this choice in the communication that will send.
