WINDTRE Secure Backup and WINDTRE Secure Share licences can be activated for both new and existing WINDTRE BUSINESS fixed-line and mobile customers. The WINDTRE Secure Share Licence provides synchronisation, sharing and file transfer functionality for individual users. The WINDTRE Secure Backup Licence provides the functionality of mass backup, synchronisation, sharing and file transfer for business customers with several users in one Licence. The WINDTRE Secure share Licence is structured in packages, each with 1 User and up to 1Tb per package. The WINDTRE Secure backup Licence is structured in packages, each with up to 20 Users and up to 1Tb per package. The Licences can be purchased with payment in twelve (12) monthly instalments of the envisaged fee. The following economic conditions will be applied to the available Licences: WINDTRE Secure Share 2.5€ Licence; WINDTRE Secure Backup 69€ Licence. The amounts of the instalments shall be charged in the invoice by Wind Tre S.p.A. together with the other fees due by the Customer for the services subscribed by the Customer with the Main Contract. The Customer, for the activation of the required WINDTRE Secure Backup and Secure Share Licences, must also read and accept the relevant general terms and conditions (Babylon Cloud Customer Agreement) available at: https://www.babyloncloud.com/customer.agreement/. In case the use of the Licenses is no longer possible for reasons pertaining to the holder of the Licenses as identified in the relevant general conditions (Babylon Cloud Customer Agreement) available at: https://www.babyloncloud.com/customer.agreement/, the Agreement will automatically terminate, without any liability to Wind Tre. The Agreement is valid for 12 (twelve) months from the date of activation of the Licence. Thereafter, the Licence will be automatically renewed for successive periods of 12 (twelve) months, unless notice of termination is given at least 30 days prior to the expiry of the period of validity, by registered letter with return receipt enclosing a copy of a valid identification document or by Pec to be sent to the e-mail address CustomerCareWindTreBusiness@pec.windtre.it. Deactivation of the Licence entails the loss of all the data contained on the Cloud. In the event of termination and/or deactivation of the Licence, the customer must proceed at his/her own expense to save the data and content associated to the Licence, within 90 days from the date of deactivation. In order to ensure the full functioning of the Secure Backup and Secure Share Licenses, software is available, for all client systems running Windows and/or Mac OS, and APPs for smartphones running Android and/or IOS OS in the versions supported by the respective manufacturers, to be downloaded from the links in the welcome mail, from the respective APPs or from the Babylon Cloud website.
