The terminals are offered on an instalment basis over 30 months and the payment of the relevant amount is envisaged in instalments debited directly in the mobile telephony service invoice: there may be an advance payment (debited in the first invoice after activation of the service), 30 monthly instalments and a final instalment (debited at the same time as the last monthly instalment). If the Customer is compliant with the contractual term and has punctually and fully paid the instalments due, he/she shall be entitled to a discount in the invoice of an amount equal to that of the final instalment. If the Customer cancels early, he/she shall be obliged to pay the amounts due, being able to choose whether to continue with the instalment plan or to pay the remainder in one instalment (including the final instalment, if any).
