How to I register the ADSL online?

After installing the modem and verifying the led light ADSL is on and fixed, start Internet Explorer or any other browser.
After visualizing the page “ADSL registration and services” follow the online guided procedure (if you do not see the “ADSL registration and services” page, connect to the Infostrada ADSL Registration address).
Follow the instructions of the guided procedure online.
At the end of the connection and subscription, disconnect from the Internet:

• in the case of an ethernet modem, switch on and off the modem
• if, instead, you have a USB modem, right-click on the network connection icon located in the Windows taskbar (usually at the bottom right of the monitor) and select “Disconnect”; then double-click on the connection icon on the screen and reconnect.
• If you have an ADSL “consumption-based” plan, disconnect or turn off the ADSL modem every time you finish an Internet connection session. Otherwise, the connection remains active and the service is still billed, even if the computer is off. In fact, when the Ethernet modem (or router) is on and plugged into the phone outlet, it automatically connects to the Internet, while the USB modem only connects through the connection window.
