“Balance”: for the pricing lists All Inclusive subscribed starting from February 2010

Check your Receivable 

Choose which channel to use in order to verify free of charge your receivable.
Call 1928 and follow the instructions of the voice guidance in order to receive a text with all the informations about the receivable, expiring date of the SIM card and traffic.
Call 4242 to check your receivable.
Digit *133# on your phone in order to display your receivable on the phone
Flash message: after the call ending, you'll receive a text informing you if the call consumed any credit
 
Check the Carried Traffic

Choose which channel to use in order to verify free of charge your receivable
Call 1928 and follow the instructions of the guide voice in order to receive a text with all the informations about the carried traffic
