SUPER UNLIMITED PLUS offers unlimited GIGA in Italy every month, 60 GB in the EU, UK, Switzerland and USA, unlimited minutes and 1000 SMS valid in Italy, the EU and UK, Switzerland and the USA, 1000 minutes of international calls to the world at a total cost of €35.99/month, including the Secure Web Mobile option fee of €1/month. The Secure Web Mobile option can be deactivated at any time at no cost, in which case the offer will remain active at a cost of €34.99/month. The SUPER UNLIMITED + offer with SECURE WEB MOBILE option is on promotion at a total cost of €23.99/month in combination with a fixed line, including the Secure Web Mobile option fee of €1/month. The Secure Web Mobile option can be deactivated at any time at no cost, in which case the offer will remain active at a cost of €22.99/month. International call bundles from Italy are valid worldwide (including EU); Algeria, Cuba, Kosovo, Montenegro, Senegal, Somalia, Tunisia, premium numbers, satellite and premium numbers are excluded. Voice and internet traffic is unlimited for the offers that provide for them, unless the service is used contrary to the criteria of good faith and fairness, for purposes other than personal use and for the performance of mass communication activities in accordance with the General Conditions of Contract relating to WINDTRE telecommunications services. The use of domestic offers in the EU without any surcharge is allowed within occasional trips and in compliance with the fair use policies defined pursuant to European Regulation 2016/2286 in order to prevent abuse and abnormal use as well as to ensure the economic sustainability of the offer as a whole. Any inappropriate use will result in the application of the prescribed surcharges and the further measures to protect the operator provided for by the regulations. Secure Web Mobile is a service integrated into the WINDTRE network, also available for roaming, which can prevent malware such as ‘phishing’, ‘botnets’ and ‘ransomware’. Features such as anti-phishing and malware containment will be integrated into the WINDTRE network, without the need to install software on mobile devices. The Secure Web Mobile option is an integral part of the offer and therefore included with Super Unlimited, Super Unlimited Plus, Super Smart 100, Super Flex, Super Giga 70 and Super Giga Unlimited at a cost of 1 euro/month and can also be activated for My Unlimited, GIGA Share and Super Giga 30. The service is automatically renewed on payment unless cancelled. There is no activation or deactivation fee. Secure Web Mobile is a security service that operates at the DNS (Domain Name System) level and provides the first line of defence against threats on the Internet by blocking access requests to malicious destinations before the connection is established. The service verifies the reliability or security of the site you wish to access: if the access request is made to a destination deemed potentially dangerous by WINDTRE Business's Secure Web Mobile service, the customer will be prevented from accessing that destination by replacing the requested content with a message (special blocking page) informing the customer of the protection action taken. If you wish to request access to the blocked page or deactivate the Secure Web Mobile service, you must call 1928 or use the Customer Area. WINDTRE does not guarantee that the Secure Web Mobile service provides absolute security and protection from cyber attacks (malware, phishing) due to the continuous development of new technologies for intrusion and attack on files, networks, endpoints, but the continuous evolution of the technologies used goes in the direction of containing the cyber risk due to these threats. Giga Mondo option, as a promotion, only in combination with SUPER Unlimited Plus, from € 10 per month, GIGA MONDO offers a bundle of 5 GB per month of data traffic in 18 non-EU countries: Argentina, Australia, Brazil, Canada, China, Cuba, United Arab Emirates, Philippines, Japan, Hong Kong, India, Israel, Macau, Mexico, Russia, South Africa, Thailand, Turkey. Data traffic is charged in 100 Kbyte increments. At the end of the data bundle, the Daily Pass for the corresponding area will be activated automatically, where applicable, and the daily fee will be debited from the invoice. The Giga Mondo option has an activation fee of € 65. The customer will pay €5 at the time of activation; the remaining €60 will not be charged with the option active for the entire contractual term (12 months). Included voice traffic is charged by the second. Data traffic is charged by the byte. There is a one-off activation fee of EUR 5. The option is on promotion at a cost of EUR 30 per month.
