Following the entry into force of the 124/2017 law (so-called Competition Law), we inform you that all offers sold by the Wind Tre S.p.A. company for the brands that belong to it are to be considered as basic offers and not promotional offers, and that updating activities of the commercial and contractual material are nonetheless being carried out. We also confirm that by promotional offer we refer to “a condition accessory to an offer, with a predetermined duration, that foresees improving conditions for the customer, limited to certain modes of use of the service” (Definitions, art. 1 AGCom 252/16/CONS Decision).
