SMARTSHARE Provides that domestic and EU, UK, US and SWITZERLAND Internet traffic used by SIMs, is provided exclusively by the Smart Share packages. For this reason, the combination of the 5 SMARTSHARE packages with the 2 voice and SMS Unlimited and 500 plans and/or the Only GIGA data-only plan is mandatory: no SIM can be activated with any of these three rate plans without such an association. Each SIM is associated with one and only one SMARTSHARE package. The data traffic provided by the packages (except for SMARTSHARE 2GB, which does not provide for sharing) can be shared between multiple SIMs, activated with both voice and SMS and data-only plans. Sharing is not conditioned in any way: each SIM freely enjoys the GIGA amount provided by the GIGA pack to which it is linked until it is fully used up. The maximum limit of SIMs that can be associated with the packs is: 3 SIMs for SMARTSHARE 10GB, 6 SIMs for SMARTSHARE 20GB, 15 SIMs for SMARTSHARE 50GB and 30 SIMs for SMARTSHARE 100GB. SMARTSHARE packs have a pro-rata monthly cost, which varies according to the chosen denomination and is charged in the invoice on a calendar month basis against which the included traffic is delivered. Internet traffic included in the GIGA packs is Internet and WAP traffic developed in Italy, the EU, the UK, the US and Switzerland under LTE, HSDPA, EDGE UMTS and GPRS coverage through internet.it APNs. Calls for listening to voicemail are included. Excluded and charged on a pay-as-you-go basis according to the active SIM rate plan, Internet traffic in International Roaming except in the countries of the European Union, UK, in USA and Switzerland, Intranet traffic, data calls and FAX and GSM data traffic. Included data traffic is valid in the relevant calendar month: any unused traffic cannot be accumulated or used in the following month.

Please remember, when roaming abroad, to always put the international dialing code of the destination country in front of the called number. Once the amount of included Internet traffic has been exhausted, Extra SMARTSHARE packs are provided which provide additional GIGA. The size of the Extra pack cannot be chosen but depends on the original GIGA pack. You can choose to have an Extra pack automatically activated when the original giga pack is exhausted. You can also choose not to have any Extra pack activated. The data traffic included in the Extra pack is valid in the relevant calendar month: any unused traffic cannot be accumulated or used in the following month. Each SMARTSHARE Extra has a monthly cost charged in full, even in case of use only in part of the reference calendar month, and additional to that of the basic GIGA pack. This cost will be charged only when the Extra is actually used. Upon exhaustion of the traffic included in the Extra pack, or upon exhaustion of the original GIGA pack in case the customer has not opted for the Extra pack, Internet traffic will be blocked. In the case of Internet traffic blocking, the customer can either upgrade the GIGA pack on which the blocked SIMs are attested or change the Extras parameter. Both actions are possible by calling 1928. In case of changing the Giga pack denomination that results in a reduction of GIGA, the customer will be required to pay a fee of 20 euros. TARIFF PLANS The included traffic does not include notification, entertainment and information SMS, voice or SMS traffic made in international roaming or to foreign operators with the exception of voice, SMS and data traffic to and from the countries of the European Union, USA and Switzerland. When the included traffic thresholds are exceeded, the rates applied are: 15 CENT/minute for domestic voice calls to all, with no connection charge and charged by the second, 10 CENT/SMS to domestic mobile operators, 20 CENT/MMS to all. For the offers that include them, minutes and SMS are unlimited unless use of the service is contrary to the criteria of good faith and fair use, for purposes other than personal use and for the performance of massive communication activities in accordance with the General Terms and Conditions relating to Wind telecommunications services.  The use of domestic offers in Europe without any surcharge is allowed in the context of occasional travel and in compliance with the fair use policies defined in accordance with European Regulation 2016/2286 in order to prevent abuse and abnormal use as well as to ensure the economic sustainability of the offer as a whole. Any inappropriate use will result in the application of the expected surcharges and additional measures to protect the operator provided for in the regulations.  Details about fair use policies and how any surcharge will be applied will be made available to customers in a timely manner. The ONLY GIGA plan allows data and SMS traffic only.

The rate plans require the use of a phone credit and a monthly fee charged by sending an invoice that entitles the user to use the included traffic associated with the rate plan.
The Smart Share Unlimited and Smartshare 500 Offer has an activation fee of 90€; the Customer can choose, at the time of activation, whether to pay the 90€ in a lump sum or to pay a fee of 10€ (instead of 90€); the remaining 80€ will not be charged with active SIM/Offer for the entire duration of the planned contract (24 months). In case of early termination before 24 months, the portion of the value of the remaining 80€ will be charged in proportion to the remaining time (value corresponding to the months of missed stay). The Only Giga Offer has an activation cost of 85€; the Customer will be able to choose, at the time of activation, whether to pay the 85€ in a lump sum or to pay a fee of 10€ (instead of 85€); the remaining 80€ will not be charged with SIM/Offer active for the entire planned contract duration (24 months). In case of early termination before 24 months, the share of the value of the remaining 80€ will be charged, proportionally to the remaining time (value corresponding to the months of missed stay).

The activation of the GIGASHARE offer is subject to the activation of the Automatic Recharge service and the positive outcome of the credit risk and fraud checks carried out by Wind Tre S.p.A. The Automatic Recharge is automatically set to Threshold for amount equal to 10 euros, but you will have the option to alternatively choose the Time-based Automatic Recharge mode. It will be possible to subsequently change the characteristics of the Automatic Recharge, described in the specific technical-economic annexes, by calling 1928. Each SIM cannot have residual credit of more than 1,500 euros. Voice and SMS traffic included in the plans and options is re-allocated on the first day of each month. Monthly cost values, voice, SMS and data call rates are exclusive of VAT. The values of First Recharge, Recharge and Recharge Threshold are understood to include VAT. Unlimited calls to business landlines include all calls made to all landlines, associated with the same Wind phone account (excluding lines with GNR system). Calls to SIMs with WPN option or to fixed lines with GNR system are charged at the plan price.
