WINDTRE Secure Share, WINDTRE Secure Backup and WINDTRE Secure Backup ULTRA licenses can be activated for both WINDTRE BUSINESS fixed-line customers and new or existing mobile customers. The WINDTRE Secure Share License provides synchronization, sharing and file transfer functionality for single users. The WINDTRE Secure Backup License provides the massive backup, synchronization, sharing and file transfer capabilities for business customers with multiple users in one License. WindTre S.p.A.'s Secure backup ULTRA License integrates Secure Backup functionality with Endpoint protection functionality in a single product. The Endpoint Protection functionality, thanks to the automatic and H24 analysis of behavioral anomalies of processes and network communications, is able to detect on PCs with Windows operating system the most sophisticated attack attempts, implementing real-time reactions according to predefined levels of automation. The WINDTRE Secure share License is structured in packages, each with 1 User and up to 1Tb per package. The WINDTRE Secure backup License is structured in packages, each with up to 20 Users and up to 1Tb per package. The WINDTRE Secure Backup ULTRA 5 License, is structured in packages, each with max 5 Users sharing 250GB of cloud space and unlimited Endpoint protection. Secure Backup ULTRA 5 Licenses cannot be combined with Secure Backup Licenses. The Licenses will be purchasable by deferred payment in twelve (12) monthly installments of the stipulated fee. The following economic conditions are provided on the available Licenses: WINDTRE Secure Share License 2.5€; WINDTRE Secure Backup License 69€; WINDTRE Secure Backup ULTRA 5 License 39€. The installment amounts will be charged in the invoice by Wind Tre S.p.A. together with the other fees due by the Customer for the services subscribed by the Customer with the Main Contract. The Customer, for the activation of the required WINDTRE Secure Backup and Secure Share Licenses, must also read and accept the relevant general conditions (Customer Agreement) available at: https://windowsclient.babyloncloud.it/securebackup/Eula.pdf, and read and accept the relevant general conditions (Customer Agreement) available at: https://windowsclient.babyloncloud.it/securebackupultra/Eula.pdf for the WINDTRE Secure Backup ULTRA License. In the event that the use of the Licenses is no longer possible for reasons pertaining to the holder thereof as identified in the relevant general conditions (Customer Agreement) available at:https://windowsclient.babyloncloud.it/securebackup/Eula.pdf, the Contract will automatically terminate, with no liability attributable to Wind Three. The Contract is valid for 12 (twelve) months from the date of activation of the License. Thereafter, the Contract will be automatically renewed, for successive periods of 12 (twelve) months, unless notice of termination is given at least 30 days prior to the expiration of the period of validity, by registered letter with return receipt enclosing a copy of a valid identification document or by Pec to be sent to the e-mail address CustomerCareWindTreBusiness@pec.windtre.it. Deactivation of the License entails the loss of all data contained on the Cloud. In the event of termination and/or deactivation of the License, the customer must proceed at his or her own expense to save the data and content associated with the License, within 90 days from the date of deactivation. In order to ensure full operation of the Secure Backup and Secure Share Licenses, software, for all client systems running Windows and/or Mac OS, and APPs for smartphones running Android and/or IOS OS in the versions supported by the respective manufacturers, are available for download in the welcome mail links, from the respective APPSTORE or from the Babylon Cloud website.
